Greenberg Entrance

The courtyard greets guests to Paul Greenberg House events - from elegant receptions to educational seminars to casual cookouts.

First Floor

Floor Plan 1

The first floor welcomes alumni, friends, students and faculty to Paul Greenberg House. The floor contains a spacious reception area, a food service support room, and administrative offices.

Second Floor

Floor Plan 2

The center of activity for most Programs in Greenberg House, this level includes the Grand Room, a smaller conference room, and a food service support room. This floor is the site of important functions for Syracuse University, including major seminars, dinners, receptions and videoconferences.

It provides comfortable seating for 24, auditorium style for 40, and receptions for up to 100. Luncheons and dinner are held in the Grand Room.

Third Floor

The third floor is composed of a large conference room and three offices to support Syracuse University faculty, students, and staff. The Maxwell School’s International Relations Department has offices on this level.

The conference room can comfortably accommodate up to 24 seminar participants.

Fourth Floor

The fourth floor includes offices for the School of Information Studies and the Maxwell School’s National Security Studies Program.

A conference room accommodates a dozen people.

About the Neighborhood

Paul Greenberg House is located on the corner of Calvert Street and Woodley Place in the Woodley Park area of Northwest Washington, D.C.. The Omni Shoreham and Marriott Wardman Park hotels are within walking distance, as are the popular National Zoo and a Metrorail stop (Woodley Park - National Zoo - Adams-Morgan stop on the Red Line). Several embassies are located nearby. Other neighbors include Stanford University and Boston University facilities. Visitors will find easy access via taxi, bus, or Metrorail from Washington Reagan National Airport or Union Station.
