Save the date!  The SU Orange men's basketball team will travel to Washington, D.C., to take on the Georgetown Hoyas on Saturday, February 26, 2011, with a noon tip-off at the Verizon Center.

The SU Alumni Club of Washington, D.C. has requested a block of tickets.  Detailed information will be e-mailed to dues-paying Club members by mid-November.  Current Club members will receive first priority to purchase tickets.

Orange fans will gather at Clyde's of Gallery Place, adjacent to the Verizon Center, for pre- and post-game festivities.  The restaurant will serve brunch beginning at 10 a.m., and seating is on a first-come, first-served basis - so be sure to get there early!  Beverage specials will be offered throughout the day.

In addition, Hotel Monaco, conveniently located across the street from the Verizon Center, is offering overnight accommodations (February 25 and 26 only) at a special rate of $209 per night.  Rooms must be booked by January 14, 2011.  Reservations can be made directly with the hotel at 202-628-7177 or 800-649-1202, and be sure to ask for the "Syracuse University" rate.

See you at the game!  GO ORANGE!
